How long does a session last?

Sessions usually last between 50 minutes and one hour. The only exception is smoking cessation which typically lasts up to 1½ hours. 

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions required will depend on you as an individual and the nature of your particular problem.

How much does a session cost?

The cost per session is £55.

The only exception is smoking cessation which is charged at an all-inclusive price of £165. This cost covers the initial session and any additional sessions in the unlikely event they are required.  

Payment is by cash or cheque.
