Your eating habits and your weight are influenced by many factors – psychological, physiological, behavioural and emotional – which is why this is not a ‘one size fits all’ therapy.
Your reasons for wanting to lose weight and the challenges you face are unique to you. These will be explored in depth at the first session and a hypnotherapy programme developed that addresses your individual needs. We will put in place a long lasting weight loss programme that will change the way you think and feel about food and help you to make better choices – without the effort and failure normally associated with dieting.
Motivation for being more active, whether that means signing up to a gym or simply building more activity into your daily life, may also be included. You will certainly be aware of having more energy to help you achieve your goals.
The amount of weight you want to lose will influence how many sessions you will need, but typically clients come to weekly or fortnightly sessions to start with and then once a month until the target weight is reached.
